Projektbeschreibung:

Im Rahmen einer Studie vom Forschungsbereich Industriebau und Interdisziplinäre Bauplanung an der TU Wien und mit Unterstützung der Initiative Pro Steildach wurden die ökonomischen und ökologischen Potentiale sowie die Adaptierbarkeit und Flächeneffizienz eines Steildachs entlang des Lebenszyklus untersucht. Die Studie umfasst die Berechnung der Lebenszykluskosten, der Ökobilanz sowie die Entwicklung und Berechnung eines Nutzungsszenarios, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Flächenflexibilität des Steildaches aufzuzeigen.

Project Description:

Within the framework of the study by the research field Industrial Construction and Interdisciplinary Construction Planning at the TU Vienna and the support of the Initiative Pro Steildach the economic and ecoligical potentials as well as the adaptability and space efficiency of a pitched roof along the life cycle were investigated. The study includes the calculations of the life cycle costs, life cycle assesment, as well as the development and calculation of an usage scenario in order to demonstarate the economic efficiency and area flexibility of the pitched roof.
